AAU Event Requirements

This event is licensed by the Amateur Athletic Union of the U.S., Inc. All participants must have a current AAU membership. AAU membership are not included as part of the entry fee to the event. AAU Youth Athlete membership must be obtained before the competition begins. Be Prepared: Coaches must have memberships as well. Due to background screenings, please allow up to 10 days for adult memberships to be processed. Participants are encouraged to visit the AAU website www.aausports.org to obtain their membership. All rosters must be complete with VERIFIED AAU Membership IDs prior to the event on Advanced Event Systems.

AES Roster

All teams must have their roster uploaded on Advanced Event Systems with verified AAU numbers before tournament check in to participate

AES Help:

Club directors go to Import > AAU Import > enter AAU Club Code & Membership ID. If a club has issues, then they should use the 'Contact AAU' tool on the import page because only the AAU office can take the initial troubleshooting to determine if the person trying to run the import is active and can complete the import.

Enter your AAU Club Code and AAU Membership ID of the club contact (must be the primary club contact listed on your AAU club membership). AES will authenticate information with the AAU membership system and pull in new players or staff data, or update existing records in AES with verified AAU membership numbers. Only those AAU members that have your Club Code on their membership will import.
